- sola Gratia – The unmerited favor of God is alone the basis for our salvation.
- solus Christus – Only the work of Jesus Christ, God incarnate, who died for our sins and was raised for our justification, can save us.
- sola Fide – God’s gift of salvation is received by faith alone.
- soli Deo Gloria – The glory for all that God has done for us goes to him alone.
